Music Hero Finally returns to Eat Bulaga! Watch (Opening) Video
After the competition, seven of the eight grand finalists became regular performers of the noontime show and became known as the 'Music Hero Band'. The regular members included Zild Benitez, Dominique Casacop, Brian Feliciano, Joaquin Rodrigo, Blaster Silonga, Radlee Laquain, and Jim Tan.
Contestants went through a series of elimination rounds before being narrowed down into 21 competitors from eight different instruments categories:
- Keyboard
- Violin
- Acoustic Guitar
- Bass Guitar
- Electricc Guitar
- Drums
- Saxophone

The longest running noontime favorite TV Show on the Philippines, Eat Bulaga!. Planning to bring back the 'Music Hero' segment.
Last August 18, 2017 the 'Music Hero' finally returns to Eat Bulaga! after winning the title of Blaster Silonga had to survive two rounds of competition - a band round, where he performed Bruno Mars "Locked Our of Heaven" with Joaquin, Josh, and Zild. and a solo round, where he performed Alicia Keys' "If I Ain't Got You".

Unfortunately, Eat Bulaga has no plans of immediately doing another edition of 'Music Hero' right after its finals. But the show has a big plans for Blaster and the other Music Hero finalists.
Music Hero was a musical competition that began last August 06, 2016 a year ago. Instead of focusing on singers, the segment gave the spotlight to instruments.
The budding musician from Marikina City, Philippines bested seven other grand finalists for the title of "Ultimate Music Hero". He also took home the PhP500, 000 prize.

Last year competition in Music Hero, after more than eight months of grueling competition, Eat Bulaga has a winner. Blaster Silonga 17 years-old who impressed judges and audiences a like with his electric guitar prowerss - emerged as the winner of the noontime show's 'Music Hero' battle of the Champions, last March 18.
The musicians, ages 19 years old and below, competed against fellow musicians based on the instruments they played.
After winning on Music Hero," Blaster said he wants to continue sharing this music. Despite getting attention as a guitarist, he wants to expand his knowledge in music.
By the way, if you have a talent about music don't hesitate to join the audition this is your oppurtunity. Nobody has really paid attention to the genius of the Filipino musician, then you will realize that there's so many musicians people waiting for his new journey in life. In music talent is not just singing.
